Access to certain features requires authentication through a third-party Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the service to transmit offensive, abusive, or unlawful content. Reverse engineering, scraping, or launching denial-of-service attacks against our API endpoints or ElevenLabs voice servers is strictly prohibited.

All software, designs, layouts, assets, and curated curriculum structures are the exclusive intellectual property of nthoughts and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

The services are provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without warranties of any kind. nthoughts does not guarantee that AI speech coaching corrections or phonetic transcriptions will be 100% error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
