Ingrid Larsen
Co-Founder & Language Pedagogy
Ingrid has a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Oslo. She designed our levelled professional curriculum based on research in corporate communications and second-language acquisition.
Ankit Kumar
Co-Founder & Machine Learning Systems
Ankit is a former speech synthesis research engineer. He manages server orchestration, Gemini multimodal transcription scoring pipelines, and API latency optimisations.
Mateo Silva
Product Design & UX Lead
Mateo oversees design and attention-encoding metrics. He ensures the workspace remains calm and completely free of anxiety loops and gamified triggers.

Data Sovereignty & Transparency
